The transmission of your data to Splio Group (means the company Splio SAS, registered in Paris, France, under the number 434 533 071, with its head office located at 27 Boulevard des Italiens, 75002 PARIS, France, and any company in which it, fully or partially, owns, the majority of the capital or voting rights) allows us to respond to your request for assistance or provision of Managed Services. Your data is intended for use by our Managed Services department and any other internal department competent to respond to your request, for the purpose of following up your request and is kept for the time necessary to respond to it. Your data is not transferred to third parties (with the exception of Zendesk, a third-party CRM tool). The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest. According to local laws on protection of personal data and the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have a right of access, rectification, limitation, opposition, deletion, and portability regarding your data, by sending your request to Splio at privacy@splio.com. If you feel, after contacting us, that your Data Protection rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the local Data Protection Authority.
