One migration of the trigger campaign with HTML integration can take 4 -10 days depending on each step's complexity: design/target/campaign. Please keep in mind that mainly Managed Services' work starts when the needed data (e.g. contacts, sales data, abandoned card, etc.) are ready on the universe. There is also a possibility to start working without some of the info. Below you can learn what we can do in this case:
RESPONSIVE EMAILS CREATION
The layouts of emails can be coded before the data migration. If the design includes variables, transactional loops, personalization, etc. we will validate only the visuals. After data validation, we will change the data part and test the final version.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT (target/filter creation)
We can work only when the data are already migrated/imported to the Splio platform.
- We can start with the basic campaigns when we have a part of the data, e.g. birthday, welcome.
- Then go to transactional, e.g., abandoned card, campaigns based on purchase, etc.
- In the next step, work on the campaign including loyalty.
- The order depends on the data's availability; e.g. it isn't possible to work on an abandoned cart if we don't have data as we can't check if the filter returns accurate results, etc.
WHAT THE MIGRATION WORK PROCESS LOOKS LIKE
- We work in a team of at least two members to ensure a smooth process.
- All the work is divided into small parts: target, filter, and scenario for each campaign.
- We create the file with the name of the responsible team member and the process status to have a clear view of what is currently done: in progress, in the phase of internal or external testing, etc.
- We create the filter first, send for the validation, then set up the campaign, and keep it on hold until validation.
- There is always a coordinator of the process who knows all details and keeps the general communication.
- We are open to schedule weekly calls to stay in regular contact and talk about migration status.
